Architectural Millwork Drafter

Oakdale, Pennsylvania

Role:

  • Develop detailed shop drawings for custom casework and architectural millwork
  • Translate architectural and interior design drawings into clear, consistent, fabrication-ready documents
  • Support the submittal process by producing drawings that are complete, accurate, and aligned with project scope
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to meet submittal schedules and address drawing priorities
  • Review your work for buildability, clarity, and alignment with project requirements
  • Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or potential issues and proactively escalate for resolution
  • Revise drawings based on internal review, client feedback, and field conditions
  • Collaborate with shop and production teams to resolve technical challenges during fabrication
  • Produce assembly drawings, part drawings, and CNC-ready detailing as required
  • Maintain organized drawing logs and revision control throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Experience in architectural millwork, casework, or custom fabrication drafting
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar drafting software)
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications with a high level of detail
  • Understanding and application of practical build methods, not just drawing replication
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
  • Ability to work collaboratively across project management, engineering, and production teams
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and help resolve drawing challenges
  • Experience with millwork-specific software (AlphaCam, Cabinet Vision, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience with Innergy ERP software is a plus

Cabinetmaker

Oakdale, Pennsylvania

Role:

  • Cut, shape and assemble wooden, laminate and solid surface articles
  • Set up and operate a variety of woodworking machines, such as power saws, jointers and mortises to surface, cut or shape lumber

Requirements:

  • Five (5) Experience in laminate countertop, countertop construction, solid surface countertops, low wall construction, wood veneer items, etc.; finishing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
  • The ability to be self-directed and perform all aspects of casework and millwork construction

Director of Sales

Oakdale, Pennsylvania

Role:

  • Create and implement nationwide sales plans designed to increase revenue and grow market presence
  • Prospect, develop, and cultivate new client relationships across priority regions, including the Midwest, West, and other targeted markets
  • Drive new business development efforts, converting prospects into long-term strategic customers
  • Maintain a robust and well-managed sales pipeline, including regular forecasting and opportunity tracking
  • Act as the lead relationship manager for key accounts and strategic clients
  • Partner closely with estimating and operations teams to align scope definition, pricing, and project execution
  • Effectively communicate and promote Craftworks’ interior finishes expertise, including metals, solid surfaces, and specialty solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales and business development within construction, architectural products, interior finishes, or a related sector
  • Strong preference for candidates with architectural millwork, casework, or commercial interior finishes background
  • Proven history of opening new markets, establishing relationships, and converting opportunities into sustained accounts
  • Demonstrated experience selling into commercial construction environments, including general contractors, developers, architects, designers, and end users
  • Excellent pipeline management skills, with the ability to forecast reliably and maintain CRM accuracy
  • Solid understanding of construction project lifecycles, estimating methodologies, and procurement processes
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives (market expansion, account planning) with hands-on selling and deal execution
  • Track record of effective collaboration with estimating, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple organizational levels

Stone Manager

Oakdale, Pennsylvania

Role:

  • Oversee stone and quartz projects from initial estimating through final installation, including scheduling, purchasing, fabrication coordination, and field execution
  • Create, track, and update comprehensive project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved
  • Partner with architects, designers, general contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive smooth and coordinated project delivery
  • Identify, qualify, and manage stone vendors, fabrication partners, and installation subcontractors
  • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and material takeoffs to validate accuracy prior to project start
  • Track project budgets, material usage, and timelines to ensure financial and schedule objectives are met
  • Enforce safety requirements, internal policies, and applicable industry standards throughout all phases of work
  • Proactively address project risks, issues, and changes to maintain quality and schedule commitments
  • Assist with the creation and refinement of processes, workflows, and quality assurance standards specific to stone operations
  • Support continuous improvement efforts focused on productivity, quality, and operational growth
  • Play a key role in establishing and scaling the company’s stone division
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience overseeing stone, quartz, or solid surface fabrication and installation projects
  • In‑depth knowledge of stone materials, fabrication techniques, and installation practices
  • Established relationships with stone suppliers, fabricators, and installation partners
  • Background supporting commercial construction or interior finishes projects with tight schedules and technical requirements
  • Proficient in reviewing and interpreting architectural, shop, and construction drawings
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Familiarity with project management software and/or CAD platforms preferred
  • Experience with architectural millwork, casework, or commercial interior finishes is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment

Millwork Drafting Submittals Manager

Oakdale, Pennsylvania

Role:

  • Own the submittal process from scope release through client approval
  • Plan and assign drafting work across internal team and external partners
  • Review drawings for buildability, clarity, and completeness
  • Ensure drawings reflect scope and avoid unnecessary complexity
  • Translate inconsistent architectural inputs into consistent outputs
  • Coordinate with Project Managers on submittal schedules
  • Identify ambiguities or incomplete information and drive resolution
  • Develop and apply preferred build methods to common conditions
  • Step in as a drafting/design resource when needed

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in architectural millwork, casework, or custom fabrication
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications with clarity
  • Advanced AutoCAD (or similar) proficiency
  • Ability to develop practical, buildable solutions — not just replicate drawings
  • Self-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions and move work forward
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, variable environment that requires adaptability
  • Experience with Innergy preferred
  • Experience working with outsourced drafting resources preferred
  • Design-build or high variability project experience preferred

Union Metal Fabricator

Oakdale, Pennsylvania

Role:

  • TIG weld stainless steel, mild steel, and occasionally aluminum with consistency and control
  • Measure, fit, weld, grind, and sand weldments to create clean, finished parts ready for powder coating or other decorative finishes
  • Work with a variety of metalworking tools and light‑duty machinery, including (but not limited to):
    • Angle grinders
    • Drill press
    • Ironworker
    • Folder
    • Shear
    • Bandsaw
    • Chop saw
  • Collaborate with shop leadership to ensure accuracy, quality, and safe work practices
  • Support a wide range of custom metal projects for commercial interiors, architectural features, and specialty fabrication

Requirements:

  • TIG welding experience across multiple metals (stainless, mild steel, aluminum)
  • Hands‑on experience producing finished weldments — from fit‑up to final prep
  • Strong understanding of grinding, sanding, and shaping techniques
  • Comfort using common metal shop tools and equipment
  • A commitment to craftsmanship and pride in producing clean, accurate work
