This 12,000 sq. ft. fit-out consisted of a modern open ceiling office with spaces dedicated to speech science, software development/engineering, and artificial intelligence (AI) innovation. Our team provided design assistance for this expedited project. Wood laminate wrapped panels are featured throughout the space with custom sound clouds in individual offices. Cabinetry and countertops were placed at the print station, conference room, and CEO’s office. Custom benches with upholstered seating, countertops, and storage counters were fabricated for the cafe/kitchen. The lobby held a sleek and modern reception desk, upholstered bench seating, and custom entrance wall.
