Forbes Beeler Apartments is a LEED Gold Certified 113,000 sq. ft., four-story building offering 266 beds to upper-class students within 37 apartment units. Amenity spaces received custom fabricated architectural woodwork. The entry lounge displays solid surface wall coverings on the grand staircase as well as a prominent wood feature wall and three swinging fabric benches. Veneer casework and wood veneer benches were fabricated for the rejuvenation room. The gaming room features gaming tables and veneer surrounds. Other items included computer tables made from metal bases and maple veneer tops.
