This project consisted of upgrades to the common areas on the first and second floors of this 18-story luxury apartment building. The lobby reception counter was fabricated with plastic laminate paneling, quartz top, and decorative wooden slate blue accent piece. The mail room and multi-purpose room received base and wall cabinetry with solid surface or plastic laminate countertops.
