A multi-phased demolition and build-out of this tenant’s high-end technology office space spanned 48,000 sq. ft. and an abundance of custom architectural woodwork and specialty materials were installed. The work on five floors included fabricated custom wood ceilings, upholstered seating, custom veneer casework with exposed edges, metal panels with perforated faces, screen-printed graphics on wood veneer paneling, and custom metal post supports and reveals. The project was a finalist in the Master Builders’ Association Building of Excellence Awards “Best Renovation Between $5-10 Million”.
