This project consisted of a new hospitality center plus renovating/expanding the college community center dining hall/kitchen. Designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification, the work was completed in phases to enable the dining facility to remain open. In the main community center dining hall custom casework was fabricated with solid surface countertops for the serving stations. Decorative wood paneling was added to the surrounding upper walls. In the seminary dining hall our team provided the woodwork/wood beams and the restrooms received quartz tops.
