This LEED Certified project involved a 22,000 sq. ft. build-out of the 16th floor showcasing a sleek and modern design. The “social cafe” featured black cabinetry, bulkhead, and countertops. In contrast, a white reception desk and credenza was fabricated for the welcome area. Other items included white base cabinetry and backsplash material for the coffee station, decorative solid wood accents in the conference room, floating shelves surrounding the living wall, and a white wall panel adjacent to the elevators.
