This new 32,200 sq. ft. LEED Silver Certified life sciences building holds laboratories, SIM suites, and offices for the nursing and science programs. The main lobby monumental staircase featured maple veneer paneling with hardwood reveals and received custom hardwood hand rails, along with veneer benches. Corridors showcased maple veneer sidelight paneling, veneer floating bench, and solid surface window sills. Break, workrooms, and restrooms utilized plastic laminate cabinetry and solid surface countertops. The casework and wall panels were certified to AWI-QCP Premium grade, and the project also received FSC Certification.
