Industrial elements were used within this new 270,000 sq. ft. upscale apartment building to create inviting spaces. The majority of the package included work in the common areas. Several display units were constructed using clear powder-coated steel pipes and walnut shelves. The brightly colored lime green bar featured walnut wood end panels and a stainless steel countertop. The large entertainment center was formed using plain sawn walnut and figured flat cut walnut veneer. Miscellaneous painted trim and cementitious materials were used to accentuate showcased framed artwork and mirrors. Additional work included a unique snack/coffee bar, TV console, and walnut fireplace mantel.
