Our team fabricated custom casework and millwork throughout the common areas of this newly constructed 260,000 sq. ft. high-rise apartment building. In the art studio work included wood paneling, cork board, and upholstered seating bench. The same materials were utilized in the gallery space. Wood cubbies were placed in the fitness area, a wood cabinet was created for the mailroom, and a wood wrap was installed to enhance the look of a large support column in the leasing office. The main elevator lobby is surrounded by birch wall panels. The sky lounge features custom cabinetry with solid surface tops.
