Originally constructed in the early 1900s, this renovation was completed to support financial office employees with a mixed-use flex space. Major scope of work included a decorative metal wall feature with welded horizontal and vertical bars, reception desk, curved bar, built-in wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, shelves, and custom wall batten.
