Project Description

This 220-unit LEED Silver Certified apartment includes 33 units of co-living space. This is a relatively new concept to Pittsburgh, in which occupants share multi-bedroom apartments much like dormitories. The fabricated items include custom laminate cabinetry with quartz countertops, metal laminate and quartz clad reception desk with glass transaction top, a wall feature consisting of wood trims, laminate paneling, and laminate shelving with concealed brackets, and a solid plain sawn maple treads and landings on the stair.
