Hyatt House South Side

Project Description

The design of this new 132,000 sq. ft. LEED Certified space was driven by the standardization of finish materials and color selections used throughout these well-known hotels. Mid-project, a branding change presented a unique challenge. Our design team worked with Owner’s representatives to design-build architectural woodwork elements that achieved the high-end, new age look that remained within budget and delivered on time. Fabricated items included a unique TV feature wall constructed of solid maple with stained veneer panels. The cozy lobby seating area finished walls were configured to fit Owner-provided furniture while the maple veneer check-in desk had imported granite tops. The bar was crafted of maple veneer with stiles and rails. The custom built buffet required a unique color match.
