This 202,000 sq. ft. fit-out for a new research and development center included an open plan workplace, cafe with full-service kitchen, fitness center, multi-purpose center, and product development labs. The large architectural woodwork package consisted of upholstered bench seating in multiple areas such as collaboration spaces and the cafe/kitchen, felt paneling and plastic laminate paneling with powder coated metal detailing/edging, wood veneer casework and paneling with quartz countertops, and metal/wood industrial-style light cages. The AWI-QCP Premium Grade Certification required inspections at fabrication and installation.
