A new 120,000 sq. ft. six-story apartment building received custom architectural woodwork throughout the common areas. The items featured in the amenities space included high-end plastic laminate cabinetry, white oak ceiling paneling, painted board, and batten wood paneling. Whitewashed aspen wood paneling was installed in the lobby and common areas.
