University of Kentucky ‘The 90’ Student Commons & Dining

Project Description

Our experienced staff was part of the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) team for this new 82,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose facility that holds a large 1,200-seat dining area. The project received LEED Certification. The large architectural woodwork package included upholstered cushion banquettes with plastic laminate low walls and quartz countertops, food service lines with quartz tops, stainless steel cabinets, bamboo and reclaimed panels, custom cabinetry with quartz tops, metal and reclaimed wood tables, metal and reclaimed wood bar tops, laminate soffit panels, stone recycling station with resin panels and metal frames, and panels with metal and laminate components, and several University of Kentucky logos featured behind numerous seating areas.
