Pitt’s largest dining facility was renovated in multiple phases over two consecutive summers. The venues include a convenience store, Kosher Korner, Food Truck Incubator, Unwind, Briny Pickle, Farm Stand, Flourish, Table 33, and Kokumi. The scope encompassed a variety of materials including plastic laminate cabinets and tops, quartz tops, wood veneer cabinets and wall paneling, metal countertop supports, wood trim, tambour paneling, acrylic paneling, wainscoting, and upholstered banquette seating throughout. Other areas featured the same materials at trash areas, beverage stations, host stands, and restrooms.
