This adaptive reuse project consisted of converting a former 27,600 sq. ft. historic warehouse into a new recreation complex holding a unique mixture of venues such as a bicycle shop, fitness center, brewpub, and cafe. The brewpub features stone walls, high ceilings, and a tunnel that connects underneath the street to a Whiskey-making facility. Our team fabricated 3form cloud sound absorbing ceiling panels. The large bar received a 2-inch reclaimed wood top with half-inch tempered glass shelves. Restrooms received solid surface countertops, solid surface aprons, and end support panels. Other items included acrylic paneling in the catering prep area and rod/shelf units in the closets.
