Our dedicated personnel worked hand-in-hand with the Design Team and Owner to include value engineered items throughout this new 319-unit luxury urban apartment complex. Items that were installed in the common areas of the 448,000 sq. ft. structure included solid wood ceiling features, full-height bookcases clad in solid wood, textured laminate casework to emulate wood planks, and many other custom pieces. The project features numerous sustainable building features and is National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Certified.
